i've been trying to learn handstand for about a week or so. everything went out fine at first but when i got try to do it further from the wall (i started by doing it in front of a wall) i kept twisting my right shoulder. the pain used to go away in a few minutes but lately it's getting longer to go away.
any help/advice/opinion is greatly appreciated........
Well, you're doing the right things to handstand it seems, but I'll just ask one thing, Why are you spinning your shoulder?? when you first learn the Handstand you're supposed to stay still, then try walking, etc. If you're trying to learn the 90's then that would explain it but...

Wow ManHy you're retarted, I'de report your post to a mod but it'd probably go to your dumb ass...
Anytime, just make sure that you have complete control when you do hanstands. When you land, make sure that you don't spin much because you might be damaging your arm in the process. That's how I screwed my shoulder up when I was getting the hops down. :P
