Hey guys. I can hold handstands even one-handed. I can do two-handed solars very good. But when i try one-handed solars max i do is the first one. When i try continuing my arm remains stabbed to the ground. Any advice. 10x

sooo the problam is getting your hand off the ground? the whole "hopping" part? easy...kick your legs off harder and push off of ur hand.
