do pushups normally with your hands wider than shoulder width
My pike guide
My L kick guide
Breakin' was something that society didn't know about, it was something too new for them to even understand, and because of their ignorance to it and lack of knowledge about it, they got scared, and the first thing they do when they get scared about something is to try and stop it...

pushups will work out your pecs and shoulders. if you want handstand strength, practice handstands. that's what i did for a really long time. i just wanted to get really comfortable in handstands, so i just stood around all day on my hands. same goes for planches and everything else.

i think you just lean your legs that way and sorta lift your fingers up.

>_> Use your fingers like 'grab' the floor. Also, don't use your legs to move, use your hips. Also, use your hips for turning as well as your feet and legs. Its a full body motion for best results.

depends, if it hurts a lot for a long time... usually bad. Like always, don't overdo it (too much anyways :P)

Against a wall or not?
I can do about 10 against a wall, all the way down until my head hits the ground, up to straighten my arms. I can't balance in a handstand well enough to do more than 1 or 2 not against a wall. But I'm working on that...

Only do handstand pushups against a wall so that you can get them down. After that, practice without a wall on grass preferably. I suggest that you try handstands for a long time. One thing that helps is to try to keep your form perfect when against the wall.
