First, you should be able to hold a regular handstand well that will give you some strength. Try to use your abs to hold your body up as well it may not make sense to you but try flexing them and it'll help you once you get the hand of it.
Don't forget to use your hand to balance. I know it sounds really lame and old but its true. When you're doing a regular handstand, you want to use your fingers to help you balance, like grabbing the floor with your fingers. With one hand you wan to balance more evenly on your whole hand but still use the fingers. I know it sounds really lame but its true, it really helped me out.

Wow ManHy you're retarted, I'de report your post to a mod but it'd probably go to your dumb ass...
also make sure when your trying it both legs are split an your torso is strait ya know....not leaning forward or back....also try starting on the palm of the hand your gonna lean to an on the finger tips of the hand your gonna leave......try not to bring the foot even with the arm your leaning on to close to the ground at first......as it will drag you down....try to keep your legs up.......tense them.......use your fringers and abs....an then its just practice....having good two hand balance does not hurt either....try leaning to that side alot with 2 on the ground but without touching with feet also to build a little strength

I am a BBOY.Are you?
when in a 2 handed handstand, lean all ur weight to ur supporting arm, then lift ur other hand for a split second, put it down, lift it again, so on so fourth til you get the hang of it, thats what i did and it helped.
Yeah, the fingers really help. Also, I've found out that leaning isn't all that good depending where you lean, and how you do it. So remember, too much of any one thing is bad.
some time it helps to learn how to walk on your hands (helped me like crazy!!) dats almost the same thing as wat YoungerProdigy said except u learn how to switch ur weght back and forth left hand to right hand
Jus 5 or 8 steps. . . and practice it for bout two weeks. . . helped me 8)

Or you could first start by getting the handstand so you can stand like that for a long time. Then you go to a wall, hanstand against it and practice getting your weight on one hand and switching back. Repeat for both hands. Next try staying on one hand. Finally, do it without the wall. The longer you take on each thing the better you'll be. Hope it helps some.
