if you are collapsing then arm muscle is the problem, but you aren't so it isn't. You just need to practice it. Learn to walk around, walk to the direction your about to fall to keep your balance. Also the more space you take up, the easier it is to balance (thats why tite rope walkers use those big poles), so you might want to split your legs front and back to take up more room.

well i found the best way to build up muscles for handstands is to actualy do them just if you really just want to work on muscles right now and you think you can balance use a wall and either do handstand pushups or just stand there for a few minutes that can be like torture your arms will hurt like hell afterwards if you do it for long enough just find out how long you can do it then do it for that long a few times a day...but dont ask us how long to do it just go for as long as you can we dont all know your exact muscle strength online sorry....so just keepo trying that but if you dont have the balance you can do both at the same time just keep up the practice and you will gedt it evenautly...

for everyone it is a little diffrent but acording to lab technitions they said that it takes you 24 hours to heal from working out a specific muscle group(i dont listen to them i work out every day with every muscle group and rest on the weekend...i know it isnt the best idea but i have gotten massive results from it) so they say work like upper one day then lower the next then do upper again after that oh and you know neil armstrong.....well he is someone that could ignore wat those people say his body is a miricle pretty much his body processes the lactic acid(that causes the burn in your muscles) like 60 percent faster than the regular human body he also has like a bunch of other stuff about him that is weird and cool but if i were you just work out every other day if you cant get a session for a few days do just a LITTLE working out like strength training when you arent sessioning not too much you dont want to hurt your self ....

i think 24 hours of rest is good for your muscles since it need to rebuild.. stuff like that... for your handstand.. that was my prob at first... but i think im beggining to balance myself without walking... 3 seconds is quite long for a start... use the wall... it gives you stamina... and lastly your fingers should help with your balance.. try to strenghten them up.. specially your index, middle and ring finger.. it helps maintain a good balance..
