stuff where you keep your arm straight (IE 90s) takes little to no strength, unless you are:
1) not athletic AND prepubescent (10-12), in which case your muscles will not be very developed and you might have a little trouble CONTROLLING yourself when on your hands (though you can very well still be on your hands)
2) malnourished and thus have no muscles, in which case you should eat first before practicing more
A normal, healthy person should naturally have enough arm strength to be able to control himself on an extended arm or two without it snapping
stuff that requires extension (ie: rollback pike) takes a bit more conditioning, but is mostly technique.
The biggest problem is that bboying makes you use muscles in a way you normally wouldn't, so you need to "condition" them to get used to it. Not a strength thing.
