arm/hand wrist problem... -

i m having a problem with my arm/hand wrist...when i m turning into one circle and half..it seems that my legs tend to move aside and my straight arm dropped into elbow position..any tips?
like where exactly u r using on ur palm..and do u push the ground straight down like a pen drops on the ground or u kinda push it sightly sideway?
ehhhhhh? when i can be an expert breaka? =(
