Problem with hollow backs -
08-16-2005, 01:46 AM
I can do them fine, but the problem is physiological.
A few years ago I overstretched the ligaments in my shoulders. The only fix was strengthening the muscles in my rotator cuff to keep it from subluxing (Sliding out of place)
Now when I do hollowbacks, it hurts A LOT. I thought I dislocated my shoulder once a few days ago. I'm thinking if I stretch my muscles too much again, I'll bring the problem back. So I keep my shoulders strong, but that tightens them up a lot too.
I REFUSE to just stop doing something because giving up looks like the only answer.
Any advice?
