practice it two handed first, and dont try it one handed if it feels like ur arm will snap. take it slowly and build up arm strength

Get good two handed handstands down first so that you can learn how to shift your weight onto one hand. It'll be scary at first when you're trying one-handed handstands, but once you get use to it, it'll be easy. After that, it's all about keeping balance. The more you practice, the more workout you'll be getting.

practice makes perfect? no no no.... PERFECT practice makes perfect

practice it correctly

Yeah, handstands ar more balance than anything else, as your body is all nice and lined up. for chairs, if your strength isnt up to it, do elbow chairs. Good for balance, and when your arms are strong enough (pushups, handstand pushups, the usual stuff, hit up training and conditioning forum) then you will already have that balance, and airchairs will be easy as pi.

Pi r square? Naah, Pi are round, Cornbread r square.

Airchairs? Airchairs are completely different from one armed airfreezes n stuff .. airchairs need development of triceps and wrist
