this is my first post, but i dont know what that has to do with this topic...

anyways, i was wondering how you would go from a rollback into a pike. i mean, i can see how you can do it, but where/how would you position your rolling back hand?

i screwed up my ankle doing a combo invert. i landed on my back properly but my foot went under my thigh.

yo man for orllback pike it differs to ur personal strength and comfort

i personally out my arm a little bit away from my head, with my fingers pointing towards my head....u relaly wanna pop ur head n sohulders n chest for the move, while kicking. it also helps to pike right as ur getting up so that way it makes it easier to fully extend ur arm. but o=pop both ur head/chest at the same time u kick n push as hard as u can with ur supporting arm while piking hahha. s ound slike alotta shit to do all at once but if ur strong enough u sohuld make it up into a nice rollback pike and be able to hold it for a solid second

Well can you do rollback one handed handstand?? Probably not. If you knew how, then you would have no problem going into a pike. Easy

Try doing rollback handstand and do it perfectly so that you don't go too much and end up overdoing it.

When you go into the handstand, quickly shift your weight to your hand that's going to be planted on the ground and just go into the pike. I'm assuming you already know how to do a pike going from just a handstand.

The hardest part might just be the rollback handstand, but if you could get that down, learning the pike from there would be simple if you already have pikes.
