keep your toes pointed and keep your legs together rather than apart

yeah, your back is supposed to curve to balance out your head, which is looking at the ground. if you want your back totally vertical, then you have to look at the wall behind you.

Your proably launching too fast and its causing you to over arc your back. The more you practice the better feel you get for how hard to launch your legs, and listen to what these guys have to say espically mahny and pres.

make sure to work your love handles(the name of the muscle escapes me), this can help you prevent from swaying side to side.

curved back handstands are nasty, practice doing them straight. Its ALOT harder then curved ones. Im still having a hard time with straight handstands

wel the muscle is called your obliques(im not sure if it is spelled correctaly...) but you can build that up by doing situps, v-ups and bycicles(not the vehicle but the work out)
