Does it along time to be done ?? i've been practising this move from about 1 month and i can't do it :S all i can do i just one rotation spinin :S

well dont over practice, j/ take a couple days to rest, then go back at it, if u do anything to much u slowly get worse, j/ take a break from it and it'll be easier to progress
