Two, i can do one forearmed freezes but i def cant kick up into a one handed handstand if i cant do it with 2 arms, thats y im tryin to learn it. Perosnally i think it looks really sweet.
I can do one handed handstands good to so its just puttin them together, i dont kno i think maybe my kicks arnt good even though there really hard.

I'd suggest learning it with scissor kicks first -- ie, while scissoring, your right arm goes down to forearm, while your left hand is still on the ground. Then kick back up onto your right hand again, then repeat.
The way I do it is more of a rolling action. Ie, once on forearm, you roll up onto your hand.
Try placing your forearm flat on the ground, fingers away from you. Then just try to extend your arm against the ground... naturally it just rolls up to your hand.

in addition to wat Liu said...transfer your weight from your forearm to your hands and look for your balance again if you start to topple forward...you can also use your legs to kick up your body...well thats how i do it tho...ionno...u can watch vids to get some ideas...aight
