need help on 90's ... - 07-05-2005, 06:47 PM
i know alot of u guys are probably tired of these topics about 90 help .. but i didnt find any answers on my problem. (or i just didnt try hard enough to search)

ok.. the problem is when i start spinning, i end up spinning only once and then i suddenly stop, still holding the one handed handstand position. i'm pretty sure i'm spinning on the bone of the palm like in banshee's video but i still only get one round ... any tips?

AH SORRY NVM.. i was just practicing a few minutes ago and i figured out the problem.. i get more rotations when i place my spinning hand closer to the one pushing off.. woops lol
