i can walk 50 meters by handstand, using two hands.now ,i spend one hours in practising one- hand- jump every day.but i think my progress is very litter.who can teach me how to improve it.thanks a lot.
this is the most important thing: pump your legs straight up. it'll keep you in one spot give or take a couple inches to keep your balance. it's all about balance. if your legs are flailing around, you're not gonna have much control and you're gonna lose balance. i'm sure the stiff body thing is cool too, so dont forget that.

hey there, 1 hand jump is a really tricky move. and it takes forever to learn. I can do around 25 -30 jump my self now, the key is to have your 2nd arm out and use it to balance. kick your legs almost straight up the air, its hard to get a good tecnique it takes a lot training. but try.
1. kip alittle
2. kick straight up the air.
3. use arm to balance helps a lot.
