Angry one-handed elbowstand - 06-10-2005, 10:59 AM

Hi!

Okay I have a question:

Since 8 weeks I'm trying to learn the one-handed elbowstand. I want to hold it 8 sec. At the moment I often hold it 3 or 4 sec. I got the feeling for balance, but every day I have the problem that I fall to the right side. There is no chance to stop the fall. Sometimes I was frustrated, because I don't know how to stop it.
All the time I'm thinking on my mistakes and it's better and better...but I don't know how to stop the fall to the right. Maybe I did something wrong on the beginning?! The video show my problem...but I must say the fall in my vid is normally not so extreme!

I hope here is somebody who can help me...one-handed elbowstand is not very different from a one-handed handstand. The center for ur balance is on ur elbow tip...

btw. I read the "one-handed scolar eclipses guide"...!

Here is my second vid after 4 weeks training hard: VIDEO ONE-HANDED ELBOWSTAND

oh, and that would be a forearm stand. If you could get that on just your elbow, that would be sick.
