normally hand hops imply one hand and kicking upward with both legs, rather than twol egs going different directions. Solar eclipses use two hands and a scisor kicking motion.

ALRITE NOOBS heres the deal...........

Hand Hops can mean hopping on either hand.
Solar Eclipse Mean Hopping on two hands with the legs sizzering motion.
Lunar Eclipse mean hopping on one hand while doing sizzering or random crap with your feet motions.
