hey lately ive been trying some 1 handed air freezes and stuff but whenever i get into the position i cant balance on the 1 hand anyone got tips on how to learn to balance better?

whell..if you are about to do a l-kick..try to kick your head in a sideways kinda move..whell do a half cartwheel, and stand on one hand..=)
