Airflares???

Alright.
I can do something like 2 - 3 low airflares. How can I get more than that?

If u mean by ur starting off by kicking and goin circular those are normal flares. Air Flares is ur on a handstand position and doin a flare in the air I can't explain it

Yeah I know the difference between FLARE and Airflares, and Im talking about AIRFLARES... I can do like 8 flares... hehe But I asked how to get more than 3 AIRFLARES/airtracks????

Momentum is key. alot of people start off with one regular flare, and when they get around once, go into a handstand and into an airflare. Otherwise, keep swinging the legs

practice whipping your legs up so that it'd give you room to "hop over"
