How can I k33p balance when hollowing peace_
DIME

"GRAFFITI IS AN ART, AND IF ART IS A CRIME, HOW COME PICASSO NEVER DONE TIME"

Cavemen did it, so did Romans and Egyptians. The Incas did
it, so did Greeks and Native Americans. There was graffiti on the
New York subway a year after it was built. There`s graffiti on the
moon. If graffiti is vandalism, and vandalism is graffiti, then man
has left his mark with garbage at the farthest reaches of the
universe. So you with your pathetic desire to be remembered are in
good company. I could spend a ream of paper telling you about the
development of modern graffiti, but we`ve got other ground to cover.
It`s important that you know it, so ask your local expert (or DJ
Deadly Budda in Pittsburg if you don`t have one) and he`ll tell you
his version.

ok first, learn how to do it without a mattress...better to learn how to land properly rather than not learn anything at all

now here's the answer to ur question...balancing a hollowback

wherever ur center of gravity is, is where u'll find balance, ALWAYS...

SO... ur hands have to be where ur center is...which means judging by ur pic, u'd need a lot of shoulder flexibility to get there

stretch out man, hope it helps

p.s. if u wanna stretch out ur back more, do back bridges

working on:
flares

flexibility

transitions...all about the transitions baby...

Also, try straightening and scissoring ur legs instead of keeping them bent behind u. Its easier 2 balance that way and it looks much phatter.

a lot of people have problems with this when they first try hollowbacks...it's just something that they have to endure and get used to

the shoulder thing...u could do a back bridge (keep those hands spaced apart) and lean back, u should feel major strain on ur shoulders

if u hear a crack, ur doing it right...i couldn't really get inverts until i heard this giant crack...and recently my friends has them now, they're hella nice
