Hey man what´s up there.. u got a one handed guide?? i wanna improve ma handstand... i can do lkicks but just for a few seconds.. a bro told me that i need to practice more in 2hands to get more balance and strenght... i see a video that explains how to do that... it was very useful to me bcause it explain step by step... but now i wanna do lkicks for more time and i dont get any video that explains me hot to do that.. could you write back and tell how to do that??... well gotta go... c ya guys...
