This might be something else.....but I'm pretty sure these're scissor kicks. (These're the things I told you would improve your strength for solar eclipses.)
You jump into a handstand....doesn't matter how, but your knees have to be bent over your back, and you need to be stable (Not falling.). Now, you kick both legs STRAIGHT up (They need to be as close to a vertical angle as possible, to keep balance.) As you kick your legs straight up, you hop on your hands, by pushing off with your palms....the kick and the push with your hands added together should give you a hop of at least an inch or so.....keep this up for as long as you want (Jus keep doing it without falling.)
