I may be wrong on this, but I think it's where you do a backwards suicide-kip up-suicide....backwards meaning jus falling back from standing.

Omega bombs - a kip up onto your hands, or suicided onto your back, or ... somehow a front flip and landing on your feet. I'm sure one of those is right.

i've never seen a video of an omega bomb. i read it's a kipup in a handstand and a directly fronthandspring. i think it's impossible to do on of them

They aint impossible, Kujo does some close omega bombs and Jet li does real ones, check out the site detourvideos.com and look at kujo's vid...

i might just be taking this wrong or all of you are just....i dunno

after the kick-up you go on your feet then to a hand-spring

or after the kick-up you go into a handspring..

aka - ground spring, see if its a groundspring, they still aint impossible..ive seen em, there tight as hell.

an omega bomb is when you do a kick up into a handspring and push up into a suicide on your back if your really experienced just skip the handspring part and go straight to the suicide
