i think your swinging your body too much to get in that hand stand. when you swing from standin point to handstand you dont actually swing the body into it cause your body will lean on the side trying to swing all the way up to hand stand. thats not good, you cant carry your weight like that easy, beginner.
a better way is to get into a handstand like you normally do. you kno, just goin up on standin position infront. the turn thingy is like a small momentum so you can execute it easier.
so when you plant that right arm down first then left leg up then left arm down, just push up regularly like you get into any normal handstand position. dont swing your body into it, your weight will lean to the side and youll be back into standin point.
im not sure if im makin sense... ask if you dont.
this move is done in one motion. just swing alittle then lift up veritcally with out turnin much and legs bent lil, then kick up lil and whoom! you are spinin. do it smoothly, youll look like a pro!!!
hmmm.... i just thought of somethin. when you get into handstand try to NOT (do NOT) keep right hand thats planted and left leg aligned with each other vertically or dont let the left leg cross over the right arm. this is while your gettin up to handstand. thats how youll lean which is no good.
