Hey ppl!

I am learning the 1990s and I have a problem. I can get the starting correct and stuff, but when I start spinning on my hand, I manage a quarter of a rotation before I lose my balance and fall. Any help? Thanx

i get tha same problem...but i think it could be that your not keeping your body straight enough...i could be wrong though, i just thought i saw that on one of tha 1990 guides.

could it be that your just not well oriented with 1 hand balance?

what side are you falling to? if your falling on tha supporting side try sticking your non supporting arm out a little for extra balance.

could it also be that your looking at tha floor when spinning...i mean face totally down looking at tha floor..that could cause your to arch your back out a lil without you knowing it...

one more thing is that if your going into with a large leg swing that could be throwing you off balance as well

practice, practice, practice if not any of the above

Yo guys, note that static balance is different from dynamic balance....which means being able to hold a 1-handed handstand for 5 minutes wouldn't hurt.....but it's unrelated to spinning 1990 balance.
