) Try playing it slowmo in windows media player and put it on repeat so you can watch it more clearly. Possibly more important then that though - in your clip, you're not getting fully balanced. It looks like you're putting down the hand you want to spin on and the opposite leg is straight over that while your other leg is still kicked out a little bit to the side. Try swinging your legs through a little more so the first leg goes past the center of balance while the other leg is behind, counterbalanced, and bring them straight up and together for the scissor motion.
But definatly... STRETCH! Streching and flexability is so under rated, and it kills people from doing like every power move except a turtle :P If you stretch more, everything from your mills to your L-Kicks will look better and be faster.
