i have a few suggestions or maybe i can help some with this.
the ISO in this picture is poor, it looks like your camera was on film with an ISO of 10
i suggest for a move this amazing you use an ISO of 500 or better
its outa focus, try making the Apeture value something higher than .02.. F/4 or higher should be good.
the higher you go, you may get too dark of a picture. which i could understand why its so blurry then, you kept the shutter open for too long. for a picture like this, a shutterspeed of 1/15 or faster should be good.
to sum it up
i suggest raise the ISO of your film, adjust your apeture so the depth and focus is correct, and shorten the shutter speed. for a movement pic like this, on second thought, you may want 1/500 or faster,or you could forget everything i just said, and take a picture of a freeze, not what looks like a cartwheel
