can someon help me with airflare. any tips and tricks are welcome.
please help me. I'm getting crazy!!!

pretty good son, not long now..

The first one you did, the technique seemed clean going into it, but you didn't seem to whip when you inverted, remember the airflare is a fluid hand to hand hop, when you are inverted on one hand whip and catch ground with other hand (you don't see the ground but you have to grab it early)..

If you can do halos think of it that way, I use the exact same mindset when i'm doing airflares..

Also, when u practice airflaring, ur gonna fall, don't be scared tho..maybe do it on a softer surface..

remember:

1)when you hop it's inverted!

2)invert and kick legs out, but try to do it smoothly.

3)practice and you'll get it..they are much easier than flares, just scarier when u fall!

ur main problem is ur not hopping around like ur to scared to let go i guess looks like u got this whip going on just kick a lil harder for more momentum ull get it

get some cardboards and then lay carpet on it..airflares you need to fall when ur learning because it takes too long when ur too scared, always learn moves in an environment where you can fall, you will learn 300% quicker.

Here are some other airflare variables you can experiment with:

1)Laying out: This means you stretch out going into the airflare, i.e if you were looking from above you would draw half a circle getting into it rather than a quarter of a circle.

Moves such as tracks, for all of them you have to lay-out wide, whereas a move like windmill to headspin you try to do it on the same spot without laying-out at all (from above you draw a minimal circular arc)

2)Inversion: A lot of people fall because they don't invert enough, you have to twist from underneath ur legs (watch a video of an airflare and the legs don't rotate that much at all but the torso is going wild!)

3)Wind n whip: Whip when ur legs are winded, not whip ur legs into a wind and whip again, just rotate from the torso till ur wound up and whip.

4)Learn elbow airflares, you fall a lesser distance and the technique is IDENTICAL.

i think my problem is that i cant catch the damn floor with the another hand i dont get it i mean i keep my legz spread im inverted but when i press off with my left hand i cant catch the floor with my right hand help me

im still lesrning on doing my airtracks but when i practice i think of it as an airswipe but you just spred your legs and spin them like if you were doin a windmill just try no to get scared becase everything looks wierd and confusing when your upside down

the problem i have, is when i do my handstand i have problems spinning, can someone help me. i can almost go into an airtrack but i keep stacking it.

swing unplanted hand under you in the direction your spinning in preperation for next plant, if you swing it waaaayy out and keep it there you always lose your spin, the leg movements are intuitive and come from learning flares and mills, but are more subtle here
