2.get your balance

3.now push your body without moving your arms back like your gonna do a flip.

4.see simple

think of a push up position without your legs. body horizontal, supported by straight arms. takes mostly wrist flexability and the right technique. not as much muscle as you would think, just your lats, and triceps. and some delts.
