i've been tryin to do a proper handstand for a year and a half(not consistently)
but i still can't even get to do mroe than 1 second.never once!
i'm pretty muscular on the hand side and my abs are pretty worked out so i ruled out the hand strength problem .it's gotta be the balance right?
i've read a thousand guides,i've tried pushing my fingers and moving back and forth,the fingers helped but the back and forth helped me fall instead.......please i'm not gonna learn any other moves till i get my handstand right!!
