ok so heres my guide on 1990s...i'm gonna describe it for spinning on your left hand, if you spin on your right just switch it
1) for step one you see a alot of people saying cross one leg over the other...dont do this it's WRONG. what you really wanna do is start in a standing position, then take your left leg and swing it back behind you and up. this will give you the height to get into the handstand.
2) as your left leg swings behind you, you wanna put you're RIGHT hand on the ground. this is the oppostie hand from the one you spin on.
3)after your hand is on the ground, you continue with the swing of your left leg and take your right leg off the ground, so all of you're weight is on you're right hand.
4) from the spin motion that you did initially with your left leg, you should have a slight spin while in a one handed handstand. DO NOT STOP THIS SPIN.
5) you do these all almost at the same time...put your left hand on the ground, whip you're legs around until they come together and cross (they should be open in a V shape when in the handstand), and push with you're right hand. after you push you take your right hand off the ground.
the trick to 90s is that you hafta spin on the right prt of your hand. this part is a hard bone in the bottom corner of your palm. this allows you to continue spinning...you want to avoid putting the rest of your hand on the ground or there will be too much friction to spin
hope this help, just keep practicin
