I'll tell you how and ur gonna love me! I personally like elbow 90s, don't ask why but i'm good at them, the technique is the same tho, i can hit 90s too
Pike whilst going into it (your legs are almost pointing down), hold on with ur hands to the ground, once u've rotated till u can't hold on, whip from hips and unpike(upto handstand) give a little push with free hand too if u want and spin like a bitch!
sounds like a lot is going on but play with this piking idea, also wind and then whip..

Pike for extra whipping power!
Wind n whip!

play with these variables and u'll get 1 rotation by next week, i promise.
