Help with 2000?

Sup all breakers!. Right now I need help doing 2000s. Can anyone help me?. I can go into the 90 position or know how to spin or anything like that. I go ccw. So please help me out if you can. Thanks

2000 is easy

just do a 90 and put ur hand on top of it

somehow for me 2000s came naturally, i did 3 turns my first try

when ur arm is on the ground u wanna wind ur legs at the time same time u put ur hand on ur arm

u wanna grab on ur wrist not ur hand

okay, i kinda get how to do a 2000 now, but when you spin, do you use onyl your legs? or do you use your hands and waist too?
