ok listen carefully..
first, watch a clip of a 90, there are tons over the internet..
The technique is this; you pike ur body while going in it (feet almost facing the floor), u get up to the hanstand (still on your left arm), get on right arm too, whip leg around back and adjust so ur head is right above ur right arm..
Key points to remember:
1)Pike when going in it
2)Understand 'body inversion', practice some inverts because they help 90s a lot..I don't know how to explain this but basically when u 90 and u only make it half way around and your legs fall down just the way you started it, this is coz ur not inverting ur body (and maybe ur head is not above ur hand)
3)Understand headspin taps..the 90 technique is similar (spin technique anyway)
4)Don't be scared to fall backwards! The first time I got a 90 was when i fell backwards..You'll notice that some bboys 'fall' into a bridge after they hit a triple..think about what causes this..
