Lol u all must really suck at handstands. handstands came naturally 4 me. i used to do them bent-legged but when i started gymnastics they made me do 'em straight-legged. i can hold handstands for about 45 secs now. handstands dont really require arm strength if ur elbows r locked.
the secret to good handstands is to learn how to dig ur fingers in the ground when ur tilting.
