You have to really practise Your handstands,
It helped me..
Now I do like 20 hops, andi started to hop on one hand
I started 2 weeks ago, and now i can do 3 hops
Keep practising, It's a cool move
Peace

nice work with the practice dude.. the problem with kicking backwards is that when you try to do one handed hops its far more difficult.

Although its easier to kick backwards now, its more important to develop good technique for the future. Even tho its more work your hops will look sick in like 2 months.

I found it really hard kicking upwards so i grabbed a chair which i used for balance with one hand while i converntrated on my legs.
Keep practicing!
