hey there, bout ur handstands i say practice against the wall heaps, like with your stomach against the wall coz it builds up your arm muscles.
kinda push off the wall abit and balance as much as you can then go back to the wall, keep pushing off a couple of times and u'll gradually get it
use ur fingers heaps - like spread them out alot and kinda bend them abit...
try to squeeze the ground with the very tips of your fingers, that helps heaps if you're going to topple over backwards
umm...and i say make sure ure up in the handstand position, and you've got that down pat before going into any poses n stuff
this isn't a really good technique for handstands but if you arch your back abit it helps with holding a long handstand but i woodn't advise it unless you have a flexible back!
hope dat helps!
i gues im not strong enough........i can stand for 6 secs but by dat time my hands starts 2 shake.......i bent my hands a bit...........but i could feel da balance..............
2 minutes, down three stairs, or up my driveway. sadly, ive written a guide for this, look in aznbreakas move list. it had a bunch about how to hold it longer the thread title is comfortable handstands.
Barberek: why do i have to use proper grammar on the internet????? i am familiar wiht the dictionary i used to read it to improve my vocabilary

I can hold handstands up to 15 seconds with my elbows bent at 90 degree angles. It's more arm strength than balance. It kinda ties into a hollowback, except I don't lean back... And I can do a couple vertical pushups like that.
y'all shouldn't be shamed for only holdin a handstand a few seconds, that's fine as long as u can pull of da move! get it through ya head the move is important not the handstand
