hey ctracker,
the leaning into your handstand shit isn't as impossibly hard as you make it seem hahaha. it's not even about strength or anything, you just have to know where your balance is and manipulate the movement of your body around it so that you can retain your balance while moving your legs up. |

Well I gues that was a mistake, it's easier to breath when tight. It's better to breath doing stuff correctly for any move. For people just beginning handstands they will not be able to breath because so much of their energy is going into holding the handstand up. Thats why everything has to be tight inorder to decrease the amount of energy put into keeping the handstand up. Then you can breath.
Oh by the way, every handstand position I am in, I am tight. So I can breath. When you get better at handstands you dont have to tighten as much because you will figure out where your equilibrium is. |

lol i dont like doing "tight" handstands. i prefer the lazy style of just balancing on my hands while my body relaxes. and yes, i can rap on my hands haha.
it's nice when skinny girls have tight (but not bony) butts. |

I agree with Vice about the girl part...
However, I have tried doing lazy handstands and it just does not work... I just come back down the way I came from unless I re-press up before floor contact... |

But in a way, it kinda could be. I read this guide, tried it, and it helped out with balance a whole lot. So even though it's different from a bboy handstand, it still helps in its own way. Nice guide. =D |
