I think you sould strengthen your shoulders.
I have another problem, when i do handstand i can stand for a while but soon i get off-balanced. Then i fall on side but a little bit to the front too. It's difficult to explain.Like falling to north-east direction. cheers. I tried to walk but the same problem appears when i try to walk i got off-balanced everytime. Any tips? |

Hye ManHY, it says you were in your BSA class, did you mean the Bank Secrecy Act? Are you employed or a student? Curious...

Whats that move called where your in a HANDSTAND position, and then u move ur legs back n forth like if ur walking? But u stay in the same area, for the most part.
U bounce around some, but u dont really move around on ur hands much. Scissors maybe? U just move ur legs back n forth to the beat. < Whats dat called? |

Wow, this stupid guide really helped me. I just couldn't balance because I was always moving with my arms for balance and evetually (after 2/3 secs) iI always fall back. But now I layed some pillows down and i started falling forward. And than I did that with handstand and I just holded one for 9 secs

Awesome guide lol, I always thought you needed awesome arm strength for handstands. I can't believe I kind of almost did one! rawr... Now to overcome my fear of breaking my back on the fall.

im just not sure about arching ur back and looking to ur back to help arching and balancing..because my teacher said that its best that u face like the way u face in a normal standing position because u can breath easily rather than facing back which limits the airpassage and blood to ur brain which also makes ur head red...it works with me...i just really have to use my hands to balance instead of arching ur back and etc
