nice guide!,
i found that tip about using ur fingers and palms useful, but i still can only hold handstands for 10 seconds max. i kno this is a stupid question ---> is there a balence point you can find that will keep you up for a bit, and when you start to fall u ajust to refind it, and remain up? |

i disagree with when your falling to push your palms in the ground. im tvelve and i got a 20 second handstand in 2 hours.what i do when i start falling down is arch my back more and bend my elbows. when i regain balance i restraighten my elbows

Okay so I'm desperate to know what the song in the VP guide is. I know it's some version of Love is Blue but I seriously can't find it.
Sorry if it's already been answered (i don't think it has..) |
