Why is it bad that neighbors stare at you? Are they like psycho or something, so that's why you don't want to do it in the backyard?

what is the name of the music in the first video ? it is saying like blue my name is blue ^^

and for the biginning of hands stand do we have to make the hands touche before giving a kick in the legs ? because i see if i put the hands first the kick will have to be stronger

what do you mean about the whrist palm and finger thing to balance

Another way you can balance more properly is to use your hands more then just plant them on the ground. If your legs are carrying you forward you will push your palm into the ground, if your legs are falling backwards, push your fingers into the ground.

so if i feel a I am going to fall faward on my back i have to pus on my palm why ? is it because I am trying to put weight backward ?

So If i try to kick a little bit stronger and I fill i will get on my back i can adjust by pushing my palms ? is this what you mean ?

uhh when you say to land on your back...

the problem for me is i'm "kinda" underweight

when i basicly just bend down you can see my spine coming out my back

when i do attempt handstands it still hurts my back a lot to land on if i don't hit my feet first

any tips on getting over the fear?

Honestly...it took me 9 months to get my handstands to like 1 min plus without moving....but it varies for everyone...as long as you practice right...you will get it eventually.

i'm doin HS for 3 days and the best tip was ''I first started out, and it never hurt so much that I was gonna cry.''
now after only 3 days of practising i can do HS for 5 sec without walking

This little tip will help you lose that fear.

Tip #1: Go into a crappy HS (legs open, closed, twisted, etc.)
Tip #2: Arch you back and just fall forward. If you arched your back enough one or both of your feet should
hit or should I have said "touched" the ground first.
Tip #3: Do this over and over again on grass, sand, concrete, etc and the fear will go away eventually.
I had an inverse effect by doing this. I land with my feet first but then slam by back against the ground and it hurts. Now I'm afriad of falling forward and I'm having trouble with handstands again
