Great guide but umm... I can put my body completely straight in the air, but I can't hold it! I use my palms...I fall over. I can do the '4' handstand with both hands but I wanna do it with one hand! I need to know how to hold my weight tho... any advice?

Practice correctly. When I stand I just put my hand either around where I spin 90's or I grab the ground with my fingers. 1 Handed is more complicated because you obviously need more strength/balance. hahaha, I don't know how to explain it exactly, I just found where I was comfortable and able to balance and I can stay for a good while. I usually use the outsides of my palm to balance...

ive noticed that your balence seems to be like perfect even when your legs arent straight up, is this because of the strength in your back/arms or because of practice?
