actually...it's gotta be a bit wider than shoulder's width, unless ur hella flexible...if not, and they are shoulder's length, it'll lock up without ur hollows being very deep
if it's a bit wider, then the shoulder will rotate easier in the ball socket and allow u to get deeper...but not TOO wide tho...the wider it is...the more strength u'd have to put into it to hold urself... hope u get it...or probably got it already...this post is 2 months after the thread was made... well, peacies |

master your handstands before starting any handstand tricks

In B-dancin' there is no try...only succeed or fail miserably either way you win or lose RESPECT. But it is always priceless to see the losers face after a comp.

you could practice with a wall.. your arm should be wider then shoulder width, but not too far..
use your legs as balance and yeah, know how to do the whole thing and understand the move.. lol |

Your arms should be as far out as possible. Point your fingers inward and pop your chest out. My friends done inverted hallow backs where his arms were elbow length apart and his back was like a foot from the ground and was still able to hold it long enuff fer the appluase theat came afterwards.
