Invert Hollow Combo..question (vid Included) -

Ok, i just tried this thing i saw on a style2ouf vid, and i was trying it like 30 minutes ago...and i.. need help. its the 'fake nike ad', where the girl goes from a headstand to invert hollow..i tried t..and..well, i put a vid on this. i need tips on...basically anything to help me. dont mind my short shorts...or..my..large legs. im still a newbie by the way...

Can you do normal inverts yet? Looks like you're using your elbows too much and not enough of your shoulder. And since your elbow is a joint, it's liable to bend and you'll fall. Keep your elbows straighter and have your arms lean your body back. It's kinda hard to explain but hopefully you understand. If not, then consult the local invert guide, wherever that is.

heyy thanks...actually i cant do inverts yet..but going into them from a headstand, its the closest my body has been horizontal to the ground. so should iwiden my arm length? im working on that shoulder leaning thing...

lol...ur clip is funny...reminded me of the good ole days of yore...
anyway...first step...pop up into a handstand first, and then do an invert...unless u got some freakishly strong arms, go into a head invert or something and lift urself up with JUST ur arms... and even when ur doing that...use the wall...it'll help u get the feel for it...somewhat... |
