help me with inverts -

ok all i get is a handstand with my legs at a 45 degree angle, but i can't stick my ass out enough nor can i stick my head out enough int he opposite direction. pls give me some pointers

Hehe... then look for something soft, a plyometric floor would be the best but if you can't get into any gyms mats in general are also good. This probably sounds weird, but you may try Hollowbacks as well. The shoulder positioning is the same as Inverts, and it's about the same mechanism without the piking part, ass stickin out in one direction and head in the opposite one... so very similar but easier to get and less scary to try lol
