problem grabbing feet when doin one handed handstand -

i know sum people grab onto their sole or toes while doin one handed handstand freezes, but im too tall and cant reach my damn feet...
anyone els that had this problem and knows how to deal wit it? EDIT: Yall cant all be short rite... |

You COULD do that.....or you could jus work on Flexibility. I assume when you sit with your legs straight in front of you, you can't grab your toes? That'd help......or you may need flexibility in other parts of your body too (Like your thighs). I find a guy who's flexible can do a sicker freeze than someone who compensates for their lack of.
Course I got that flexibilty problem. Jus lookit my av. lol Peace. |

when my legs are in front of me i can grab my toes fine...i jus cant grab em when my legs are spread apart in the air and me havin to look up at my feet so i can grab my damn legs, all the while tryin to keep my balance. know wut im sayin?

he's right, work the flexibility.. if u wanna grab ur foot and keep ur balance it has to be an easy movement.. ur height hasn't got alot to do with it, i'm 6'4 and can make the grab.. can't hold it cuz it's momentum that gets my hand to my foot... but yeah just keep practicing
