I can hold my handstands for about 5 seconds but after doing about 10 of them my right wrist feels like its about to break. I get a sharp pain in my wrist when i go into it. Any help?

They say the mind bends and twists to cope with the horrors of life...well my mind didn't bend, but my back sure did when I fell over during that handstand.

just practice against a wall........see how long u can stand....then increase the time slowly....thats how i do it!
but if u wanna practice balance, for me,i dont use wall.....i just use the wall to practice my strength![]() |
