Hmm no, I think I said that only about regular handstands, I remember even writing that you don't need one handed handstands to hop consistently- of course you do need some experience with it, but just enough to know what it feels like to be on one hand. You know, enough to feel some balance before you start falling. That's probably what I was talking about.
If you look back to the prerequisites section, there's my point of view on it. You don't need to actually be able to hold them, just stay there long enough to feel some balance before getting down. As you would do with any airfreeze fr example. In fact, when I started to pick up eclipses I didn't have more than an average experience with one handed handstands. I've started working on them just recently, and separately form eclipses- right now, my longest time is about seven or eight seconds and I'm trying to figure out whether it's more comfortable to bend the outer leg or not. On a final note, I'm 16 and been breaking for 4 years ![]() |

ARGH I haven't checked my mail in a long time... I've changed my ISP and bboy.org still has the old address. Whatever, if I change it again under my profile this account might die on me like last time
>=( Now... BboyMaster707 - it's the free arm that leads the rotation, quite like a 90. Make it reach in the direction of the rotation, start by doing 90 degrees more or less, the build up from there. Jim D - without a vid it's hard to say but you probably need more experience with one handed handstands or even regular ones, it's up to you to judge unless I can see what you're doing. Peace |

I lose balance after 2 hops. one hop is straight up and my next is like sideways and I fall over. I think im kicking in the wrong direction of the first hop.

Hmmm wait do I have to rotate my hips at all because when I watch a lot of clips, People tend to have their legs not straight up and down but crunched up a bit and slightly shifted or rotated in one direction over the other?
