Umm I used to be able to do 2 to 3 deadmans. But I would recommend on whipping your left harder up. Because your CC I am Clockwise. So yea whip your left up faster and try to bend your right and when your tighten your body up drill your right leg up. Should push you over 2 maybe 2 1/2 give it a shot post a vid.

nah thats not it... I see your pushing harder with your left which is good. but now I noticed your putting your left hand right on top of your right... try to avoid that. You want to grab your wrist. Or the wrist bone. dont put your whole left hand over the right. I wish I could do them still or i would show you. try that and repost the link. and try to tighten your thighs alot faster..

lock your ankles together when you drill
throw your left shoulder more into the rotation and when you plant your right hand on to the floor put it closer to your left leg before you kick up |

You should do 1 round of 1 hand deadman n as soon as you get around put your hand down for 2k's. At your level you should get 2 n half or 3 clean rounds. also it looks very stylish lol

lol all thses tips............no
dont grab your wrist thats wack lol, placement of you other hand doesnt effect spinning like prof k said, get your hand closer to you foot when you start the move your major problem is your legs are for too close together when you start your spin to create enoug momentum for more than 1 or 1.5 spins, get your legs spread out as much as you can before you start the spin, try to make a spread out V with your legs and then whip it when you start spinning your losing momentum because your losing balance. you need to lock your hips in and stay over top of your hands for as long as possible. as you lose balance your hips shift to one side and it brigns your legs down killing your momentum just think legs spread, whip, lock hips. also try not to arch your back to mucch when you get up, try to keep it straight this will help with balance |
