Headspins are when you spin on the top of your head using your hands to tap and your legs to whip you in the direction you want to go in. Halo's are SIMILAR, not exact, but similar. You spin on the side of your head using your hands to catch yourself with each spin/rotation and your legs to whip you around. Hope this helped. Later!

Headspins are vertical halo's are on an angle. and no, headspins are easy once you have the balance. halos take more strength and balance.

Halos don't take any strength at all. And barely any balance. Halos are just stabbed mills on your head only. Or elbowtracks on your head. Or airflares on your head. Whatever you want to call it

Halos are hard because of the technique .. it's the same scoop/swing up technique as airflare n elbowtrack. You get good halos down n it'll do wonders for your elbowtrack n airflare ability.

Headspins are hard just cuz the balance.
